In a warm and friendly atmosphere, savor our traditionally prepared farm-fresh products on our terrace with a stunning view of the valley.
Sample Menu:
Appetizer: A Cap Corse Muscat served with fresh cheese and leek fritters or a herb tart.
Starter: Corsican vegetable soup.
Main Course: Farm-raised veal with olives, accompanied by pasta in sauce.
Dessert: Corsican sheep's cheese with fig jam and a homemade dessert.
The meal includes 1/4 liter of wine and concludes with coffee or verbena tea from the garden.
